Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
